How to ask for help
Based on my experiences as webmaster for SENSE for three years as well as things I've learned as a regular computer user over the past twenty-five years, I've come to learn that the difference between a beginner and and experienced user is not a matter of knowledge. Rather, it is knowing how to ask for help. No one is an expert of everything; in certain contexts we are all beginners.
